    Never been here, I asked if I could have a side of meatballs with my sandwich and the guy said "You can meet these balls" and started laughing loudly. Made my day to see team members having fun. I will be back. Thank ya'll!

    We are regular customers at the canton Chick-fil-A so we know what it’s supposed to be like and what to expect. We have been to the New Phila location 6 or 7 times since they opened and they have not gotten our order correct a single time unfortunately. Two or three of those visits, we spend over 25 minutes waiting on food to be ready AFTER ordering.

    Everytime I’ve been here since it’s opened they have messed up the drink on my order every single time, their workers seemed a little bit rude about it saying we cannot switch it out and once we brought up the fact this has happened 3 times they try to… another thing is we get there a minute before lunch was open and we ordered an item from the lunch menu, understandably they told us it’s too early for lunch. We came to find it was almost 15 mins past the time lunch started by the time we got to the window…. Not worth the hype

    Amazing atmosphere, great people with good attitudes, my food has been fresh most of the time (one time my chicken wasn't the freshest but was still pretty good). The only thing not giving it 5 stars is the drive thru line. I almost got in a wreck the other day because I couldn't get into the mobile thru line, which multiple people were in but didn't have a mobile order (making me wait longer because they were cutting in front of other people in the other line). Also its impossible to make that turn without having to back up first. I've done it 3 times now and have to back up every time. Last time the lady was so close behind me she almost hit me!! These people can't read! There are two lines for a reason, READ!

    I've been to numerous Chick-fil-A's in Ohio and other states. I went twice to this one - the day after opening and then a week after opening. I think it's going to take the new employees a while to understand the restauranta mission and that customers who are huge fans of the chains expect a certain level of professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. The fries were overdone when we went the day after opening. The sweet tea was majorly lacking sweetness and they were skimpy on the ice so it was fairly warm. I always order dine in on the app and it took 15 minutes to get our food. One week after opening, an older female employee seemed irritated when she brought our food. Immediately I noticed we were given the wrong sauces for our jalapeno Ranch club sandwiches and we were missing our ranch. I told her this and she sighed and said okay I'll get it. She only brought us one ranch and we needed 2 more and that made her even more annoyed. Not once did she say "My pleasure" which is HUGE when a Chick-fil-A employee doesn't say that. Plus, her attitude was less than desirable. I think maybe the fast pace is too much for her. She came back later to take our tray and actually said my pleasure this time when I said thank you. Also, it took 15 minutes to get our food again using the dine in option on the app. Unfortunately, my sandwich wasn't hot - just kinda warm. There was a super friendly older gentleman employee that seemed so genuinely happy to be there. But, not sensing the best vibes from all the employees. I get it, they need to work out the kinks, but hopefully it's that and not a lack of training.
