The person who answered said it was still sitting at the restaurant and no one came to pickup. I said cancel the order I do not want cold pizza. Why does this store not have delivery drivers like all of the other pizza hut stores? Why depend on a third party to deliver in such a small village? If you notice a order is sitting should an employee or MANAGER take said order and deliver themselves? Completely unprofessional and that place should be shutdown and retrained or hire new employees immediately. I've worked food most of my life this is not how a store should be ran.

Especially, around my food (I've worked in the kitchen). I walk in and a bunch of people at the register. I figured, while I'm waiting, I will use the facilities. I was met by an employee, from the kitchen, at the door (him coming out as I was wanting to go in). He was polite in speaking, but not in hygiene. How do I know? The toilet doesn't flush, no soap, no towels, but the water turns on 👍. Do better New Lex!
