When we arrived, there was a large phone order being taken, totally fine , but not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Instead, employees were standing around chatting while we were completely ignored. As we were walking out, a hostess finally said “sorry,” which honestly felt a little too late. I left only commenting on how ridiculous the whole situation was. I get being busy — I don’t get ignoring customers who are literally sitting in front of you. Disappointing experience and definitely not the service you expect when you just want pizza, not a lesson in patience.
