  Ordered on mobile app, waited in line, was told they couldn't find my order that I had the paid receipt to, parked me had me switch to curbside, waited for 11 minutes, went in to find out what was taking so long, they assured me they were working on it, I went back to my car, waited another 12 minutes. Between the time my order was being started at 12:32 I didn’t get it until 1:13 and I had to go in and make my own drink orders. They didn’t even have the happy meal we ordered and the drinks they did get ready wasn’t correct. I told him we have been waiting around 40 mins total and asked him to do something to make it right and Joey the manager said he isnt allowed to make it right. I also tried canceling my order at one point while waiting and the app said i couldn’t since they already started on it. We got home and there was a missing snack wrap. There was a 6 piece nugget with only 5 nuggets. Food was cold. Manager didnt have interest in making it right. I spent around 32 dollars and waited nearly 45 minutes. This is not the McDonalds service I paid for. I wanted to cancel and get a refund they refused. I had to take the food and it was cold and incorrect. My husband had to drive back up there to get the missing snack wrap. The unwillingness to even be willing to make it right was pathetic. I worked there years back and I know for a fact he could absolutely do something to make it right. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

  I use this location for a quick to-do breakfast on my way to work. Order on the app after I parked, walk to the counter and it's always ready, hot and delicious. Awesome staff, love these guys!

  Ordered a 10 pc mc nugget and a mocha frappe through the drice thru. Shorted on the nuggets and no straw for my frappe. Overall, food is good.
