  Immediately going in workers being very unprofessional and rude I then ordered something on a mobile app because I only had it connected to Apple Pay and worker says she can’t make my coffee because she just threw it out mind you it was at 9:30p they supposedly close at midnight no reason I cannot order something off the menu and get told I need to order something else go in the bathroom and my boyfriend did as well disgusting ketchup in urnals several workers could have cleaned that on down time since we were the only customers for a good 30 minutes while being in there and also you guys are so lazy you can’t open for breakfast very bad decision. Also screwed up original order

  Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and the person at the window was not exactly the friendliest person and if they were short staff you would think they would go help out but no they just stood by the window. Was not impressed!

  So much slower now waiting with one order taking at a time. Then next car pulls up always one moment please, for another 5 minutes.which is polite but get the order and have it being made and take the next order.just slow down drastically between orders, line is empty all at the windows, and full out to the road. Blocks traffic and half of them dont even get through anymore. I get understaffed sometimes but need to take a different approach...

  Arrived in dine-in line at 11:35, received food at 12:15, no lie. There were 8 people in front of us when we arrived and no drive thru traffic. This place is a joke, customer atmosphere is poor and frustrated, seems to be no management present. Orders continuously incorrect. Just all around avoid this place if possible!
