  Food is definitely pre-made during the day and not made to order and if it is made to order because they ran out of pre-made it wont be finished like cold uncut quesadilla with unmelted cheese ive experienced that a few times now! That being said they are quick and will get through a line of people at the drive through without too much of a wait.

  Ordered 1 burrito steak Supreme Got no steak in it had to go back in open the burrito up show everybody it had no steak because cook kept arguing they put steak in my burrito. Ridiculous service. Advise check your food before you leave.

  I got a takeout order. I ordered two of the new mini taco salads. Both with sour cream were put in the bag upside down. Got a burrito when I took it out of the bag. It was flatter than the bag. There was nothing to eat. it was like cardboard it was so flat two Gordito crunch, stale, old, notedible. I could keep going you get my drift. I spent 50 some dollars on this freaking order and this is what they do. If you don’t wanna work with the public, don’t get a job with the public. The food was so mangled it was ridiculous. Who wants to eat a taco salad with all the stuff having fallen out of it Into the bag. I will make it an effort to not only put this on Facebook, but tell Everybody that I know. I don’t have $50 to waste. It was supposed to be a meal. The taco fries were not cooked all the way through. I truly think I am sick of fast food and the BS that they do to make sure you have a rotten experience. I’ll never deal with this one and possibly any of the Taco Bell‘s again I’m so over it. Shame on you all of you.

  My husband picked up our order and brought back to our hotel which is 4 minutes away. They gave us old and tough fries, cheese cups that arent filled, and the tacos are also old and stale. SO old in fact the bottoms were completely soggy and stuck to the wrapper... Not happy with the food quality. As someone who used to work in the food industry im pretty sure they broke a health code or two by giving us food this old.
