  There seems to be two different early morning crews. One crew is efficient. If the other crew is working, it's a 10+ minute wait in the drive thru line for a coffee. Today was a 15 minute wait for a coffee and I received my coffee without the lid secured.

  Food was good service trash. Something was wrong with the kiosk, went up to the counter and the gentleman was at the counter doing something, he then goes somebody will help you I’m on break. I get it we take breaks, but to just say that to me didn’t sit right with me at all.

  Absolutely the worst location I’ve been too. They wear nothing on their hair and it’s long. From manager in down . Even caught manager scratching her head and putting hands right into fries to get some for herself. Then the capture your money and the 20 minute wait for food. No greeting or cashiers lobby dirty and no departure thank you as they sit your food on mobile delivery shelf and walk off . No confirmation who it belongs too

  I have been to this location multiple times and each time I assume they must just be having a bad day and I try to give him the benefit of the doubt. I can no longer do that. If I ask for extra ice on the app, I get no ice; if I ask for a drink, it is half full; I never get napkins. The kicker yesterday was that I received food poisoning from eating breakfast there and I am now laying in bed very, very sick, swearing I will never ever eat McDonald’s, in particular, from this location ever again.

  I have over 5k deliveries as a Dasher, I dash all over central Ohio. This is not only the worst McDonald’s, it is my number 1 worst fast food restaurant in the area. I am understanding when I see staff slammed, but the way I’ve seen staff treat customers….or in many cases ignore customers is appalling. This location definitely has high volume times, there is a lot of construction in the area. That being said, even during slow times, the customer service and wait times are sub par. I have only once walked in and had an order ready, I assume that is because another dasher had waited, timed out and dropped the delivery which is something I have had to do at this location. Part of the breakdown in your customer service is the design of the restaurant. Having the dining room area face a wall instead of into the kitchen like other locations creates a barrier to good customer service. Unless a staff is posted at the counter, which 95% of the time I have been there is a not happening, staff are able to ignore in store customers. Trying to get help is next to impossible. I saw a customer the entire 10 minutes I was waiting to time out for an order, try to get the attention of a staff so they could get a fork….a fork they needed to eat the breakfast they had already painfully waited for to be served. Every other McDonald’s I go to, I can spot the leaders of the kitchens, I can tell who is driving the team and keeping the pace up. I have never seen anyone who looks like a leader at this restaurant which has to be part of the problem. Even in the busiest of times, I do not see the hustle from your crew that I see at every other location. Yes, this is a high volume location at times, but other locations are as well. Campus. It’s hard for me to imagine that any other location has the volume that campus locations do. I don’t know the experience of your crew, but if they have not worked in a high volume location, maybe you want to send them there and see how a more experienced location is run. Dashers talk, not only to other dashers, but to customers and I have never seen more unhappy customers than I have at this location. One customer placed a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving to the restaurant and had physically been in the restaurant waiting for almost 40 minutes before grabbing someone else’s (assuming abandoned for amount of time it was sitting there) order and leaving. I don’t think it’s coincidence that I am getting more orders coming from New Albany Rd location when your location is much closer. I don’t even mind when I get them, because I get it. I do not want anything to do with this location either. The problems at this location can be fixed, not the physical one with the wall, but the customer service absolutely. The hustle absolutely. I am surprised this restaurant is not rated lower than it is. The ONLY reason I am even bothering to leave a review of this location is because there is a sticker on the door that says tell us how you feel. Since I have more than a couple words to say, Google feels more appropriate to explain how I feel about this restaurant.
