  Simple man, just want some bbq with my nuggets. Stingy with the sauce, said it’s an extra $0.50 per sauce. On top of that they gave me honey mustard when I asked for bbq. Simple stuff man, got to do better.

  Went here to use my wendy’s gift card. Once i got up to the window the guy working was definitely high & said he couldn’t take my gift card. makes no sense.

  Food was better than I usually find at other Wendy's. Staff was cheerful and helpful. I dislike having to use the kiosk to order. Enough so that I'll probably choose to go elsewhere. It takes longer to order and customizing options are limited. Example, you can't add onions or cheese to chili on the kiosk. You have to catch them at the counter before they complete the order.

  Had some gift cards to use and wanted to dine-in for lunch on Friday 10/31, but the doors to the building were locked. Right in the middle of a lunch rush on a Friday afternoon? Bizarre. Gave this place another chance today. At the main counter, there's a sign directing you to order at the kiosk. Two of the 3 available kiosks are Cash/Credit. Finished all of the prompts to order, and the kiosk directs me to use the adjacent card reader for my gift card payment. I have 2 gift cards with funds available. Tried one. It declined. Tried the other. It declined. Kiosk directs me to order at the counter, but there's nobody at the counter. I try the other kiosks and get the same result. Not only did it mistakenly reject my gift cards, but the machine did not accept cash at the two kiosks that were designated for cash. Frustrsted, I yell out to see if anyone can help me. One of the workers emerged to tell me that gift cards haven't worked "for like a month." I ask if I can use gift cards at the counter, bypassing the kiosks, and was told "You can't use gift cards at all here." I know it's just fast food, but the franchisee who owns this location clearly doesn't care about customer service. Reflects poorly on them and seems to be indicative of absentee management. I'd rate this location zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
