  Normally I eat here between 12-2am. The norm for most lol. But tonight I really wanted to take a second and say that the people making and serving my food through the drive thru did an absolutely amazing job. I know, it’s 1am on a Thursday morning, who’s ordering Taco Bell?! Me. Duh. And this is the first time I’ve ever had such a motivation to give a five star review to them. Usually the food is great and so are the people, but tonight (or this morning?) 04/12/26, was the greatest experience I’ve had since visiting in the last 1.5 years. I didn’t get names but whoever was working at this time, PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE. Not just a “good job” and a pat on the back. They deserve more. Just finished my cheesy bean burrito and now it’s time to eat my chicken quesadilla. 🤤

  If I could give a review of negative 100 I would ! I was here tonight to pick up a door dash order and a light skinned black man slammed the window and didn’t take my order 15 minutes before the store was closed ! Didn’t expect this in new Albany ! I Try not to judge but it’s ridiculous!!!!

  This place is the actual worst. There's no other way to describe it. Everyone seems to hate it there. The food is always wrong, cold and the rice is always hard. And the pop is always somehow flat. Also is anyone going to fix the crator (you can't even call it a pothole at this point) it swallows my suv Everytime I enter the parking lot

  This taco bell is always so bad. My food is never good and its my fault for always thinking its gonna be different this time, but I bite into it and realize its always gonna be bad.

  Do you want the most underwhelming and cold food possible? Well this is the Taco Bell for you! Do you also HATE when your order is correct? You're not going to believe this, but this Taco Bell is also for you! Is the dining room open? Who knows, they go on vibes. But in all seriousness this is the worst Taco Bell imaginable. Food is always cold and made poorly or incorrectly. ALWAYS. And since Taco Bell is now more expensive than like all other fast food, you are paying a premium for just garbage and you dont even get all the garbage you ordered. We rarely eat here anymore, and every time we do, we remember why.
