- JPJD P.Dec 21, 20252.0We ordered a chicken Quesadilla and one chicken bowl. After finishing both meals, I found a piece of visibly undercooked chicken, and took it to management. They denied that it was undercooked and stated that they check every piece of chicken. No refund was offered, they only asked for a name if anything were to happen as a result of the chicken so that I can call them back. The quesadilla was also not grilled properly and the cheese was not melted. The staff was also mixed. Half of them were really nice, and the other half almost seemed like they didn't want to be there and were dismissal and kinda rude. Outside of our poor experience, the food was tasty, but I am severely disappointed with how management handled the situation and wish something more was done.
