    Dirty store, waited 30 minutes for them to say they don’t have Broccoli cheddar soup, give us a horrible refund making me pay 21 for 2 half chicken BLTs, this was an insane wait, workers didn’t make it up to us at all, then the food ain’t even come out good sandwich fell apart after one bite. It was ridiculously busy for no reason and workers clearly ain’t ready for that. Fix this shit I had a terrible experience with my pops.

    Avoid ⚠️ this place, please its for your own good. The food is cold, hard and poor quality. Try Going to another location. The workers that work here are kids they dont care.

    November 4, late afternoon my wife and I dined here, And I’m happy to report that in general very good as but as usual. The coffee was cold, our cashier was kind enough to bring us our toasted bagels to our table and she replaced the coffee urns. I prefer to leave a tip after I dine, but my cashier lady had left for the day, so I was not able to compliment and tip her. Panera used to do a follow-up for members to respond, I No longer see that feature available.

    I ordered U Pick2, the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwhich and the Chicken Noodle soup. It took 20 minutes while my friend who ordered litterally a minute before me took 10 minutes. My sandwhich has onions,which I ordered with out (Not a huge deal) then the next sandwhich was litterally still cold in the middle and made in an extremely sloppy way. BBQ sauce dripping of of it, cheese on the top of the bread, not even fully warmed. Then my soup was lukewarm at best.
