They had 2 people in the back making orders for the drive up. Completely ridiculous the guy running the register needs to get off his butt and support. The lines were almost out the door and they just didn't care. No customer focus. Total garbage. Fire the manager of this place.

- JHJohn HersheyJan 30, 20263.0I go here regularly. Up until now it has been good. My last two visits have been not so good. I went here twice this week. The first time was on 1/28 and 1/30 today. Both times mind you I walk in and they are out of steak each time. I had to wait until the guy who cooks the meats cuts it up. So people go before me while I wait. The same guy both days just taking his time putting his gloves on and then his cutting gloves on like people should just have all the time in the world to wait on him. His job is to keep the meats cooked and cut and fill the container so there is meat ready when they run out. The first time it was before the 5 pm rush and this day was 11:30. His only job is to be ready and not run out. So the other down fall is the person making my bowl rushed over and gets some steak while he cuts it. So I mainly got fat for my steak. They need to be ready to serve during peak times. They need some sort of a manager at this store to make sure guidelines are being followed.
