If you say plain, it's not plain. They serve old fries that taste gross. Definitely needs new management because it's been more then one time this has happened from this McDonald's location.
- SJSandra JamesMar 6, 20263.0I usually enjoy this location and I do not review without need. Today at 6:15 I came to the lobby to order. My order was not taken until 6;21. No one in line in front of me. Just no one paying attention to the front. I ordered the big arch meal. My friend that ordered AFTER me got his order after waiting 20 minutes. I then waited another 5 minutes (25) and asked if my ticket was lost. #113. It had not even been looked at and was laying on the counter. At 28 minutes Infinally was given my food. The fries were cold and limp but the sandwich was fresh. No more than 10 people had come to the lobby while I was there. I also watched a child climb on the counter shoes and all and no one seemed to care. No wipe down or asking him to get down. Sad how the current management does not seem to care to train staff properly. Everyone that came to the lobby had these long wait times. When I worked there food had to be to the customer within 60 seconds or you were fired.
