  Online order and still not correct

  SO i decided to get Arby's tonight and it was honestly the most angry and disappointing experience I've ever had at a fast food place. I drove 15 minutes there and i guess the night shift must've got hit upside the head with a stupid hammer cause HOLY Christ did they screw up my order bigtime and i guess everyone else's order cause i wasn't the only angry one in there. I ordered a Meat&3 box and a Number 1 classic with potato cakes and 2 drinks. What i actually got was a fish sandwich, a double roast beef, 2 fries, one crinkle and one curly and my drinks. Nothing else. I drove home thinking my order was correct... what a goofball i was. I then drove 15 minutes back there and wanted a refund and my correct order and they told me i could only have either or. My honest opinion that's not the right way to do it but what do i know right? So i just get my refund and leave. I will never go back there during the night due to the absolute chaos and disarray the kitchen was in.

  In outstanding dining experience. We were greeted quickly and efficiently by a very friendly employee who promptly took our order and in a very expeditious fashion our food was delivered perfectly prepared. My Arby’s roast beef was very kindly sliced in a perfect manner and lettuce and tomato that they ordered as extras were given with absolutely perfect proportions. My wife had ordered a small fries and they gave her a large merry Christmas I guess.. don’t believe the bad reviews this place rocks.

  Arby's should be ashamed! I bought 3 roast beef sliders and each slider literally had 1 small slice of roast beef on it! Well they just lost a customer. For some reason it doesn't give me an option to post pictures of the food.
