I pulled up to the drive thru on New Year's Day 2026 and heard the automated greeting but did not hear a staff member. I sat there for about two minutes and said, 'hello?'. The drive thru attendant then said with an attitude, "I said one minute!" Perhaps I didn't hear her the first time. . . I then pulled up to the window where the same attendant preceded to passive-aggressively say to her co-worker "People sayin' 'hello, hello', while I'm dealing with a Russian lady who can't speak English". When I got home, I called and asked to speak to a manager. I recognized the voice of the person who answered the phone and it was the very same attendant who had an attitude with me. I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager, which was a lie. I then asked for her name and she said it was April. I told her that I knew she was not the manager. She then put me on hold without saying anything. So, I called back. This time a young boy answered claiming to be the manager. I suspected that he was lying too. When I explained "April's" attitude and what she said, he proceeded to tell me that she was frustrated with another customer and not me. So, basically, he knew who I was, what "April" had said and did probably before I even called. Besides this incident, I have frequently had issues with staff having attitudes. They often have young people with bad attitudes working the drive thru. I have rarely encountered a friendly person at this location. Further, there is almost always a wait time. They also frequently forget to either put in my order accurately or give items I did order. I have lived in the area for three years now and have gone to this location several times. I will not be going to this location if I continue to go to McDonald's at all.

Ordered the grinch meal didn’t even get the grinch box or the grinch salt. The box on the nuggets was open and the fries were dumped all over the bag and the sweet and sour sauce was open and got all over everything.

This is my favorite McDonald's my partner and I go to regularly. The staff is always awesome and treats the customers right. Come in with kindness and you'll get the treatment back. Thank you to the staff for always making the experience pleasant.

Usually don’t have anything negative to say, but tonight drive thru experience was awful. Lady taking orders seemed annoyed when I corrected my order in the screen. She then asked me to pull around without the total (fine). Usually they tell you your total when you pull around before paying. Nope. Just asked for my card. Seemed annoyed when I asked the total. Never made eye contact or said thank you. Went out of my way to say thank you each time she said something. Nothing. I know people have a bad day, but I got the vibe she didn’t give a rip. Food was gross. Chicken sandwich tasted old and crusty. The fries tasted old and reheated. All of the fries were partially filled.
