When I got to the store the same girl complained that too many people were calling making complaints. She then answered the phone for another customer claiming to be the manager that she previously said “wasn’t there.” Another costumer complained and said that they ordered brownies but received lava cakes. She then instructed her other coworker to lie and say that they’ve been out of lava cakes all day but she’s refuses to call every customer to tell them that. Completely unorganized and terrible costumer service
