I ordered an online order for lunch for my child and I about an hour before I went to pick it up, had to get ready and then pick my child up from school for an appt.. When we got there to pick our order up they told me "that's funny someone already picked that order up".... Okay... Well....it wasn't me, so? Long story not so short...They basically blamed and accused me of telling someone I had made an order and had it picked up by someone else?! As they're arguing with me and telling me this happens all the time and acting like I was SOL at first until I was like...well, I paid for my order and I expect my order....They hesitantly told me to pull forward, made our order and then brought it out ... Once the little red stringy beard guy came out, I grabbed the bag and said thank you, he turned around with an attitude, again accusing me of setting up some conspiracy for my order to be picked up twice. "for future reference don't tell anyone you made an order" like uhhhh. For one.... I didn't. And for 2, how do you know an employee didn't click the wrong name or something? He said he was just trying to be helpful.... I don't know in what world accusing someone and treating someone as being a master mind theif for a 6 pc and a 10 pc is helpful🥴 What a world we live in where an innocent paying person is accused and berated (if there was a thief and not an employee error) and the thieves just get away scotch free. And if it was an employee error, the way they treated an innocent paying customer with their child in the car for their mistake... was, to put it nicely, less than helpful. And these weren't young kids either...🤣

I normally don’t have any complaints but tonight I went through the drive thru & ordered a large chili w/cheese &. a small fry that was $7.38 & I get to the window to get my food & I ask for extra crackers because I already know they don’t give me much so she hands me 4 of the pkgs which isn’t much in crackers but I’m like whatever so then I get home & get my food out & the fries are cold & has a lil container of shredded cheese separate but I’ve always gotten it on my chili but again whatever then I get my chili out & I only got 7 pjs of crackers & every single 1 was stale! So now I’m upset & I’m not going back out so I just wonder the date on the crackers & who is supposed to be checking dates? But it’s whatever!
