  The worst customer experience I ever experienced and the first time I ever felt like I truly needed to write a review. Terrible service. They gave the smallest portions I have ever seen at a chipotle. I cannot rationalize paying for this experience.

  Riley Dallman should not be in a management position if they can't handle managing a restaurant Wow. WORST SERVICE EVER We had a $265 catering order scheduled for pickup at 2:00 PM for a party we were hosting for about 30 people, and the experience we had at this location was honestly unbelievable. We arrived at 1:56 PM, expecting our pre-scheduled catering order to be ready or at least close to ready. Instead, we were told to come back to the register at 2:00 PM for an estimated time on the order. When we returned at 2:00 PM as instructed, the employee at the register told us "we have way too many orders in front of you, it's going to be a long time." We explained that this was not just a regular online order, but a catering order that had been scheduled days ahead of time specifically for that pickup time. His response was that they were just "too busy and wouldn't have time to make the order or give an estimate" At that point we asked to speak to a manager, and we were told that that RILEY DALLMAN was refusing to come out and speak with us and would not address the situation. Delays can happen anywhere, and most people understand that. What's unacceptable is the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If the RILEY the manager had simply come out, explained the situation, and given us a realistic timeline, we would have been far more understanding. Instead, we were left standing there with no answers about our $265 catering order, no apology, and a manager who wouldn't even come speak with customers. Because of this, we had to scramble at the last minute to find food for 30 people for a party that was already starting. It was stressful, embarrassing, and completely avoidable. For a company the size of Chipotle Mexican Grill, the level of customer service we experienced here was shocking. A manager refusing to speak to customers about a large catering order is unacceptable. Hopefully corporate addresses how this location handles catering orders and customer concerns, because this experience was incredibly disappointing. This chipotle is always shi-potle and I should've expected they'd mess up. Having to spend $381 at Kroger to get food for people and cook last minute for a party was all thanks to Chipotle.

  I have been eating Chipotle all across the country for about the last 20 years. I typically have had a great experience, except when I choose the Mount Vernon, Ohio location. I keep going back hoping that I will find a satisfaction that is never there. Through my entire experience as a national customer, it's most well known that you are to expect large portions. I have even seen in New Albany, the signs in the parking lot say, "Our parking lot is small, but our burritos are not." Clearly a statement of what is to expect when you visit a Chipotle. If I go to the Mount Vernon location I feel like I have to beg for the food I am paying for. Many times I have went in there they have been out of many different ingredients from the fajita vegetables to Coca-Cola. The rice is often underdone. I have never went in there and seen a cleaning dining area. Typically every place where you can sit is dirty. The attitude of the staff is also hit and miss. They never have a bad or nasty attitude, but they rarely appear up beat and willing to serve as a person who chooses to work in customer service probably should. Maybe they know and don't have to change, since 2 local colleges keep a customer base that turns over returning, and the line is often out the door. I do talk to many other local citizens who tend to have similar experiences, and they just decide not to return instead of saying anything in hopes of change.
