Decided to eat inside, ordered 2 burgers and fries, and the fries were cold. We let the server know the fries were cold and she went to ask the other worker what to do. She returned and asked if we wanted her to put them back in the fryer to heat them up. I said no,we would like some fresh fries and she started crying saying I was being mean to her. The other worker came out and explained that they were trying to fix the problem without any cost to either of us, but it was their bad and they're making fresh fries. I have never had an interaction like this and them reheating food and serving it is disgusting and disturbing. Do better Gold Star. I will drive to the Batavia location from now on.

When the server yells across a mostly empty store to get the cooks attention it kinda sets the mood. Piled the all the plates on the only clean table then went to whare her phone was charging and started complaining about how nothing was cleaned when she got in. Now keep in mind when she was moving the plates she was not wiping off tables or seats.

Mt. Orab Gold Star Angela Rogg is a bad manager. Her and the young big heavy guy that works for her are rude and discriminatory. Kicked out for waiting to use the bathroom. I’m clean and presentable. If I was black or an old lady I bet they wouldn’t have been that way.Owner won’t call me back. Don’t eat there! Angela and big boy don’t have any power outside of there. Sad
