Numerous times, the people that were taking orders were rude and disrespectful to my wife. We had stopped going to Taco Bell. Then we decided to give them another chance, and here it is doing the same thing. My wife should not have to put an order in for take out and be disrespected by the people in the window or manager or whatever, with no cars in line. She wanted a burrito supreme, and the manager told her to drive on around. Now why?

I would give zero stars if that were possible. Just got food in the drive through, got home and these were the cups that came with stale chips. The crew were more worried about going home and loudly complaining about making our order than anything. At least a 3-5 minute wait at the intercom with one car in front of me.

Most places you go, the second shift will make more mistakes, which is natural because that's when the high schoolers work, and all that stuff. Here it's the exact opposite. When I go in at night, the second shift is absolutely wonderful and gets everything perfect. First shift is full of a bunch of crayon munchers who couldn't read a screen if you paid them to do it. Every single item, when I ask for no sour cream and no tomato, they seem to put extra of both, and make my entire meal no longer edible. I've came in in the past, and overheard a conversation in the back where they were clowning on second shift, and they absolutely do not deserve to do that. I have never had a single issue with the kids at night, and every issue with the morning/ early afternoon crew. If you can help it, don't get food here till after 4, so you can ensure it's made correctly

Said they were extremely too busy to take a separate order and could only order one order at a time. Complete lack of common sense, they should have just closed for the night if they are too slow to keep up with 3 cars in the drive thru. Needs better management that can manage without emotion.
