  That was the worst McDonald's I've ever stopped at Lady manager at night had a nasty attitude I stood there a half hour then she wouldn't serve me said lobby was closed the worst never stopped there again wish they would shut it down or hire a new manager she is not real person to be

  UPDATED:::: I’d give negative stars if I could. Waited in line for 20min to get 2 inches. Had a customer at the pickup window holding up the line; two cars in front of us paid and got their food before the PU window customer did. They should’ve pulled that car to the RESERVED SPOTS FOR DRIVE THRU and carried along with the rest of us in line. We got to the window to pay, we double checked our order because we knew it was heard wrong… had to repeat three times the correct order. Frustrating to say the least when you also hear the workers inside complaining about service/surveying/eachother… Why request customers to do their surveys when their service plainly sucks. Do better manager. The owner of their google page sends you this link to “address further concerns” but when you click on it, it says “It doesn't look like the page you're searching for exists.” Embarrassing.

  The gentleman with the Paul Rich Watch on his wrist was great (i wish id asked his name) but he really showed amazing hospitality and made this one of the best McDonalds experiences. Where people order at Kiosks and the experience is less and less personal service like this really stands out. He is Management material and deserves a raise

  The rib sandwich did not taste good. Had to throw them away. Not sure if it was supposed to be onion on it but it look like twigs. Plus pickles on ribs? Why? Sandwich itself was sloppy. Coffees were cold.

  Not sure which McDs this applies to so this will be a general statement of those Columbus and Marysville locations. In the past four months the Unsweet ice tea has dramatically changed. The color is a weak brown unlike the prior and better tasting darker tea. That had taste. The new is mostly tasteless and verges on a chemical taste. Unusual for a long tie ice tea drinker in that the last serving I had was only sipped as bit and then thrown out. First time I’ve not finished a glass.
