  Very frustrating, they still have the meat covered with a metal lid. It's just not great when you can't check the quality and safety of your food. Unnerving.

  if i could give this a place zero stars I would couldn't heat my sandwich after I told them to and didn't even wrap my sandwich

  They don't say anything to you when you walk in. They just talk to each other. One guy i see in there has earbuds in. Every time I have been in there no one is behind the counter as they are sitting on their phones in the lobby. Once they notice you don't have an online order they get up and stare at you like they are annoyed you are even there. They never put on extra toppings when asked. I have been there a few times now and would ask for some extra veggies. They never give it. Ask for a bit more sauce. Forget it. They never will give it to you. Bad experience each time I went. There is only 1 guy there who is nice and will talk to you.
