  I went through this morning (sat morning) and I always order a cheese and egg quesadilla so they have to charge me for the meat one, well the lovely person working added extra egg in place of the meat. I don't do reviews that often but felt this was an above and beyond event that I needed to tell people about.

  Messed up both combos on multile items. Specifically said no lettuce on my chicken soft taco, because my friend is allergic to lettuce. And they put lettuce on anyways.. how to had a bunch of chipper people inside in the dining area which made atmosphere nice, and the food that wasn't wrong was good and yummy

  I know itfast food but for what you pay you should get better food. My soft tacos where stuck to the paper like they were reheated, my nacho bell grande had just beans and cheese, the chicken quesadilla was not cut and barely any filling. So sad what restaurants has came to. Quality and service doesn't exist anymore....

  Bruv. How you gonna say “Only DoorDash/Mobile Orders” but turn off the option to receive orders through Mobile. Yes, the option to grab it from inside or through the drive thru on the app were not lit up to touch as options(like ghost buttons) Make it make sense But hey it’s Taco Bell out of all places , why am I not surprised Or hell just close up early if you aren’t taking orders Fast food where? Do better

  Shout out to the half wit who dumped my taco in the bag upside down pouring the contents of said taco all over the inside of the bag. In the future please don't hire people incapable of using basic logic and common sense
