Waitress started off great. But we were eating and a worker starting running a vacuum by our table while we are eating. I them asked the Waitress what time they closed, she stated 12:00 pm. This was at 8:30. I spoke to Waitress asking why the vacuum by customer eating, she said that's what we do here. I stated that wasn't to my liking, them she said sorry you don't like vacuuming ? What" really

It took me close to 24hrs to decide if I should share. Yesterday 11/1/25… My coworker, myself and three of our disabled clients came in to have dinner. We was greeted coming through the door and was told that we can pick any seat. A young lady laid silverware and crackers on the table. Then, after that, it was crickets… There were 8 worker’s all standing where you would prepare the food. It took 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged, and that was after I asked to be helped. We were the only ones in the restaurant. My coworker got up to speak to a manager due to A lady and her son came in about 15 minutes after us and got greeted immediately as they sat down. The Manager came out the back office so that made 9 people total working. He told my coworker it’s possible nobody seen us… As we sat directly in the large boots in front of the Entrance. Can’t really say if it was a racist issue taking that myself and coworker are African-American and our clients were disabled. Just an overall uncomfortable experience. And still no urgency or apology from the manager. There was a young lady in a purple T-shirt that was working. She seemed very pleasant. Wish I would’ve got her name, but still, she didn’t step up to the plate as well to take our order.. Not saying, I don’t recommend this place, but we will not be back..
