  Tried getting this larosas. Food was cold and the lasagna looked like mall pizza. We teied heating it up? And upon cutting into it it tuned into a soup that doesnt resemble lasagna. My wife said it was good before but idk so mayyyybe a bad first try for me. ?

  The food was good but they charged my card twice. I called them and they told me it would be refunded as soon as I received the food. It was not. I called them again and they told me to call them back Tuesday (in 4 days) if I don’t get the refund. So I was charged $180 for a pizza, 2 calzones, and garlic bread and I can’t even get a refund until Tuesday- also, I paid a $10 tip which was charged twice. Hopefully I will get the money back then because they are saying they only see one charge on my account.

  It has been many years since I have been able to get pizza here as I don’t live here anymore. Wow!! It was great. Fast too.

  Leaving one star because they require a star input. This is by far the worst pizza establishment with terrible customer service. I placed my simple order for my 5yr old and 3yr old what I received is not on the receipts. I call and complain and I’m told my option is a refund or a new pizza which will take an additional 40 minutes on top of the 40 we already waited. The manager insisted that’s the best he can do, which I know is garbage. As a paying and tipping customer I expect better from an industry with a recording on their phone line expressing how they “want to give their community delicious food and make the holidays more cheery” the dumb recording also says “we want to put smiles on kids faces” right right by making them wait 40 minutes for the wrong pizza then an additional 40 minutes for hopefully the right pizza. Do better Larosas, you just lost a customer and hopefully the guy who received my pizza follows the same.

  This place is great. The person at the window was very helpful! The food was absolutely amazing!!! Definitely recommending this place to all my friends frfr!!!
