    Food was great. Service was terrible. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only one person in front of me. Got to the window where the staff was as unhappy and rude as possible. If y'all are so miserable, find another job.

    The service I received at Arbys this evening was AMAZING from Jenessa greating me with a beautiful smile, the cook Vinny made my sandwiches look just like the pictures. I could tell the sandwiches were not thrown together. I am so grateful! My order was correct. I feel like I got my money's worth at this location! Great job guys!

    In this post I will not be elaborating. Because I already filled out the online survey, but who are I assuming is the manager. Breonna walking past the counter where you physically see people standing and not even acknowledging their presence for over 5 minutes is really and truly mind-boggling. A simple or quick will be right with you, goes a long way and definitely would have had me not writing this review or the bad survey that I gave.
