Them right then (10am 10/30/2025) employees were kind. The manager with the headphone was very unprofessional. As well as was telling a worker to forget the person on counter that she needed the drive-thru drink in her hand instead and mad about drive time. Dunkin is about customer service not drive thru times it's not fast food. It's fresh food and drinks
