I went back inside after trying the drink and explained that it seemed to be made incorrectly and possibly with whole milk, which is an issue because I am lactose intolerant. The employee suggested adding more espresso shots, but I politely asked for the drink to be remade. I then watched her go to the back and simply add espresso shots instead of remaking the drink knowing I have a dairy allergy.
