  I eat at Pizza Hut often enough to know the night staff pretty well, and they're all delightful! They're lovely people and everytime I order my food is delicious. The atmosphere is great and lively, and I enjoy the family dynamics!

  We had previously called to ask if they were open tonight on Easter Sunday. The manager was the one who answered and said that if she wouldn't have answered, then they wouldn't have been open in a very aggressive tone. Once we had gotten there, we had the most amazing server. I felt really bad because she had no help whatsoever and was taking care of several other tables besides ours. After we got our food and started eating, me and my husband realized that not all of our pasta was cooked all the way through. The only good thing we had ordered was our cookie. When we were ready to leave, my husband had told the manager that he was not able to tip and she had said that it was ok. And he proceeded to say that the next time we visit we would tip, but she said that it would not be the same servers and proceeded to say that we are screwing over the server even after we had already tipped out server personally. Over all, the only good thing about the night was the server that we had. They need to change the manager. She has a mightier than thou attitude and needs to learn how to treat customers with respect.

  Every thing as one. Me and family was there for dinner and we had a great server and she was working so hard and didn't really have any help. But I think it was the manager that is disrespectful towards the customers it was a blonde lady with glasses I would advise to not go there she would not let me leave until I tipped her and we already tipped over $30 to the server the manager was rude to me

  I called in an asked if they were open, an she said she wouldn't have picked up the phone if the weren't open (with an aggressive tone) an she asked if we're dining in then an we said yes an she slammed the phone down. Blonde haired girl she's not nice at all. Ik every job has its up an downs but DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS. Worst service in Millersburg
