The one lady and there is very disrespectful has no respect for other people and it's a loudmouth she should be ashamed of herself and I think she is the manager and she is worthless Pizza Hut should fire her

Terrible service if I wanna get yelled at by a manager I’ll get a job. Meanwhile I’ll direct everyone’s attention to other pizza places In Millersburg!

Terrible experience! The Millersburg location of Pizza Hut won’t be seeing us again after this which is sad because we have always been loyal customers! We placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for 5:15pm and at 5:12 they called and asked if we’re picking up the pizza because it’s been sitting in the warmer for over an hour!? Like what?! We said we placed the order for 5:15 and they said they won’t take any of the blame for the app not relaying the message to them. So we went back and forth with the manager for alittle and just tried to tell them that it’s not our fault and we don’t really want pizza that’s not fresh which is what we payed for! So we finally said that we would be there in 10 min to pick it up and then we got there about 7 minutes later and they said they don’t have an order anymore and that the order had been cancelled!! Like wow! I didn’t know that as a business owner they wouldn’t be willing to atleast work with us alittle! Apparently they would rather loose customers then loose $20 on a few pizzas! It just blows my mind! 🤯

Our server wasn't very friendly or attentive. She didn't check if we needed more to drink. We had to go up to the front counter to ask for more.
