  I ordered a jetty punch smoothie it was my first time coming to this location I tried my smoothie and it was really watered down I went in and I told the employee about it she didn't even offer to fix it for me she told me that she put extra strawberries and bananas in a smoothie to make sure it wasn't watered down I could barely taste the strawberries and bananas so I knew she wasn't being honest with me about it it was a easy fix.she definitely didn't want to fix my smoothie for me the sever name was Dhruva P I believe.I will not be coming back to that location I will not recommend anyone else to go to this location either especially if you're not satisfied with your order and they're not going to fix it for you that's so unprofessional and not fair at all especially having to pay $7 for a drink I don't like like seriously where's the professional and customer service I definitely didn't feel welcomed there I won't be back there again.

  Super friendly owners and staff. Everything tasted great, was fresh and done quickly! Definitely would recommend this location!

  Walk to the counter, no hi how are you anything. Just waited for us to say something. Customer service everywhere is taking a crap. Then some teen girls asked for it to go instead of inside. And the older Indian lady, scoffed at them and walked back to put it to go. The girls were very polite saying sorry for the confusion and the lady just ignored them. If anything the lady/ business made out ahead… they wouldn’t have had to pay the taxes if they were getting it to go? I don’t get it.
