  The staff were great and very nice but the sweet tea was almost clear and they didn’t have any other sweet tea made.

  Went to get the breakfast this morning with my boyfriend, first thing that happened the guy taking our order kept interrupting my boyfriend. Second thing was when we got home ready to eat our breakfast it just wasn’t in the bag??? We had no pancakes at all… BUT gave us butter, silverware, and jam for our pancakes that we did not have on top of that they gave us four hashbrowns we did not ask for???????? I get McDonalds isn’t known for their good service and food but like come on? How does every single person involved in taking our order and giving us our order mess up that bad there is something going on in the background that customers are not aware of that needs to be dealt with like immediately because this is like so crazy.

  Just say you don't want customers. Its fine, we'll go somewhere else. You don't have to keep turning my fry box upside down in the bag. Thats just petty. And I really want to apologize to the night crew. I'm so sorry that I had the audacity to come to your restaurant when clearly you all just wanted to play on your phones. Obviously, I offended all of you by coming to the drive thru and placing an order. Don't worry, I won't do it again.

  Terrible service!.The lady in front of me waited over 45 minutes to fix her order with her entire family waiting with her . I personally waited over 25 minutes for a hash brown and a milk, while the manager had a meltdown with her employees stating how "she cant do it". I had to leave without my order due to my lunch break expiring. I will be returning for me refund.
