    The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. I was just standing at the front counter for 5 minutes without anyone taking our order. Then an employee clocked out to go on break while I was standing right in front of her waiting to order. Didn’t even acknowledge me and was never able to order. Terrible customer service.

    I was pleased with the service at this Wendys location. They actually had a cashier dedicated to the dine in register, unlike the Wendys in Wilmington. The young man, was polite, quick, efficient and he was very busy when there were no customers to be rung up. He had the dining area clean, down to the floor mats. I have not seen a solid work ethic like that in quite some time.

    This is a huge letdown this morning. The service use to be great along with the food. The guy operating the drive thru 8/13 was not professional. He was upset I didn't get the value meal. I ordered the burrito by itself. It had, Zero cheese, Zero cheese sauce and burnt sausage. I called to try to get replacement and after 2 people answering the phone at the same time including him I just hung up.
