Most recently they forgot one item, didn't give sauces (that we paid for), burnt one of our burritos, gave us steak instead of chicken. That's was just one order, and no they weren't busy. No one in restaurant and only one other car in drive thru. Looks like Taco Bell is just not going to get any better.

First of all this location is rounding your total bill up to next dollar amount and blaming it on the penny issue AND not even letting the customer know. My total was $16.33 and they rounded it to $17.00!! When I questioned they blamed it on the stopage of penny production. I PAID WITH A CARD. THEN AFTER ALL THAT FIASCO THE ORDER WAS TOTALLY WRONG AND I HAD TO GO AROUND AND BACK IN. WHAT A JOKE. WHEN GOING IN THERE WAS A GROUP OF PEOPLE AT THE COUNTER ALL UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE
