As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I normally do not write reviews but I felt this was important to share. I’ve been off and on eating rallys for many many years since I live very close to the store. I was shocked to see how understaffed they were as they only had one employee working the whole store.
Last night the Mrs and I ordered a couple burgers and for the FIRST TIME IN YEARS the robot actually got our order right, but we both ended up with food poisoning after eating here last night.

Management needs to get this store in check! Went and got 2 burgers and 2 fries, the woman at the drive through didn't speak one word. Just held her hand out the window! She was so rude and basically threw our food at us, that's how it felt! a simple thank you or have a good day, goes a long way! I will not go to that location again, which is sad bc the food was good.

So using A.I. to take orders now, it was decent but needs to recite the order back when done ordering. Also longer pause after people order maybe another 10-15 seconds. Just trying to help since this is way we going now #rally's

can I just give advice to the ownership? Rally's is really really tasty, better than the others... But its only as good as the employees make it. Seriously need some kind of change in management or hiring. maybe increase the pay.. because happy employees make quality food and give quality service. which leads to repeat costumers I would be there way more if it were faster and efficient.. have some standards ... don't become trashy..
