    This idea a mixed review as my food was perfect, but my wife was not satisfied. She wasn't upset, so we didn't complain. She was just disappointed. I took her food home and had it for lunch the next day.

    Quaker Steak & Lube is hit or miss. Some days it is amazing: hot wings, crispy fies, large fish portion. Some days it's not good at all: cold wings, halfway cooked fries, small fish portion on the fish and chips. It is so inconsistent that you never know what you are going to get. Sometimes service is super fast, sometimes it takes forever. Especially coming with kids it's upsetting not knowing what you will get. Even the root beer in bottles tastes different....consistency is really not met.

    Must of been short on help. Didn’t get waited on. They moved us to the other side back in a corner felt like 55 degrees. We left

    Waited for 7 minutes at the host station before anyone came out to seat us. There were two tables in the whole restaurant and the waitress would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Food was cold, needed refills for most of the meal, but waitress was consistently nowhere to be found.

    Had a Uber Eats order delivered with two meals of grilled boneless wings for over $11.49 each and received three wings in one order and 4 in the other. Asked for extra sauce did not receive. All around terrible experience
