Nothing was bad, but it just wasn't great. After eating I did drop something under the table and notice the space between the window and booth was full a dirty napkins and other stuff. Kind of a turn off on cleanliness.

Our server was new but she really tried despite her tenure and limitations by coworkers.
We were a 10 top it was odd that we were able to just walk in but after the experience I completely understand. It was 66 degrees in the restaurant and when people complained rather than turning up the heat they brought out space heaters like its a common occurrence. I know its consistently that way because there was not a single worker in the dining area without long sleeves or a sweat shirt.
The only one who got their correct order out of ten of us was my husband. When the manager learned of that rather than checking the receipt to see what was rang in to see where the problem was he immediately blamed the server. After reviewing our ticket it was rang in correctly and I told her to show him or I would if she wanted because we knew it wasn't her fault from the get go. The wing count they gave me doesn't even exist on the menu. They did take money off our bill but considering most of us ordered wings and the counts were not right I don't really know that we saved anything as our order had extras like loaded fries and higher wing counts which we were not given. The only positive was if you like flats that is all we were given I guess they ran out of drumstick shaped wings?
We didn't even get to eat together as dishes were brought out 2 or 3 at a time with long waits in between. The last plate didn't come out until the rest of us were done and he said it tasted so much like garlic he could not taste the beef in his burger. All the the food that was not wings was over seasoned whether garlic or salt or otherwise. The fries were so over seasoned with salt I hesitated to even give them to our baby.

We honestly thought this place was a car shop at first — my husband was convinced from a past visit, and the whole “eat on one side, drive-through on the other” setup didn’t help. I even walked over in 28-degree weather just to verify, and yep… it’s actually a restaurant! Once we looked it up, we headed inside and I’m glad we did.
The interior is super cool — tons of fun automotive-themed decor and interesting details everywhere you look.
What we ordered:
Full rack of ribs with baked potato and broccoli – everything was served cold, but surprisingly still tasted good.
Cheesesteak with homemade chips – delicious! The chips were a standout.
Buffalo cauliflower – good flavor, but I probably should’ve picked a different sauce.
Service was on the slow side, but overall, the experience was enjoyable and the vibe alone makes it worth a stop. I’d come back!

It was Veterans Day, and my wife and I, myself as a veteran, decided to get some wings. It was nice to be seated quickly, and soon after, the two other groups behind us in line were seated nearby. They received their drinks and placed their orders without issue. As we still waited for a server to come talk to us. However, when I asked a server if we could get some service since we’d been waiting for a server, she looked visibly annoyed, almost disgusted that I had the nerve to ask. I was taken aback. It felt like, as a veteran, I was somehow less than human to the staff there. I tried to keep a smile and stay positive, but it was difficult.
Eventually, our server, an older woman, came over. She seemed indifferent and uninterested in us, walking past and chatting with other tables while we waited. It honestly felt like we were an inconvenience to her. That or the individual, whom I asked for our server too, must've said we were some entitled or disgruntled customers.
We were disappointed to learn that the all-you-can-eat wings no longer existed. I understand, things change. We placed our order and got our drinks after about a total of twenty minutes. Unfortunately, our server didn’t return to check on us until our food was ready. She appeared to be too busy talking with other tables, almost as if she had a vendetta against veterans on Veterans Day.
I didn’t even ask about any special deals or discounts for veterans; my wife and I just wanted some wings. But after leaving, I couldn’t shake the feeling that we had been treated poorly. Serving your country shouldn’t mean being treated like dirt, that’s how I felt after our experience at Quaker.
