  Well its a place to take kids until their managers get involed in fights. Which they have reasoning for it but atill very unprofessional..

  Did not secure milkshakes to drink carrier all the way. By the time I got home, two fell out causing a huge mess and no shakes. Its mcdonalds.

  Stopped in the drive-through to place an order and was told they were sold out. When I asked what they were sold out of they said they were sold out of everything.

  Came to the store to get a drink. Cars wrapped around the building so I decided to do curbside instead. Used the app. Pulled up. 15 mins goes by, another vehicle pulls beside me. 5 mins later still no order, so I decide to go through the drive through. Person at the speaker said “do you want a manager” and I said no just my drink would be ok. Took 9 more minutes to get to the window, where they tried to give me someone else’s order and got my simple drink with no ice wrong. Oh, and while I was waiting to get to the window the person who came 15 mins AFTER me got their order before I got my drink. Then I decide to call the manager because I was super aggravated about taking 29 minutes to get a drink. His response was you can’t expect a lightning fast order when we’re busy, we get done when we get done. Then he hangs up. Great customer service there Steve!

  This McDonalds is great for cold food, poor customer service, and fairly long wait times. You tend to get the typical Milford customer service here which is basically complete indifference. What I love about this particular location is that they go the extra mile to make sure you feel like you’re inconveniencing them with exaggerated exasperations and soul-sucking expressions. It’s an experience for sure. The drive thru is laughable. Want a quick meal? Go somewhere else. I’ve never been through this line without getting pulled into one of the waiting spots and adding every bit of 15-20 minutes to my wait time. I went inside once as I thought it would maybe speed things up. It didn’t. Plus I got to witness one of the employees berating one of the customers for asking for an update on her food after she had been waiting for “30 minutes”. Usually I’d say that maybe the customer was exaggerating, but with my experiences here, she was probably selling it short with that estimate. After sitting in lane 1 filling out this review, a young lady, soaked from the misty rain, came out to ask me what I am waiting on. Shouldn’t they know? I will say that her hitting her vape pen was a nice touch as she blew out that all too familiar cloud of smoke and coughed her way back into the restaurant to collect someone else’s food. After another 10 minutes, they came back to my car and asked me for a receipt as they “lost my food”. Wild, completely avoidable, and unsurprising. All in all, this location is unbelievably rude, unrealistically slow, and undeniably bad. Save yourself time and hassle. Go somewhere else.
