    I bought a pizza that was overcooked, a pickup order. I got home opened the box. It was overcooked quite a bit. I had them bring me another one. I got it inside the door, checked it out, it was also way overcooked, checked outside. The guy was already gone. I'm not going to worry about it. I'll just go somewhere else next time.

    My first time at the Milford location as I recently moved to the area. There were 3 of us for a late lunch. 2 of us thought it is the best LaRosa's in which we have ever dined. I heard it was a good restaurant and the people were correct. I will return. Thank you.

    I ordered a pizza and salad online. I go in and let them know my order they gave me the salad and told me the pizza wasn't ready. The cashier leaves. I wait 20 minutes and ask someone how long my pizza will be and she looks at the pizza sitting in the warmer and said this is yours. Absolutely unbelievable, terrible customer service nobody cared at all that I was sitting there waiting and they obviously can't read. Paid $22.79 for a warm salad and cold pizza. I'm done with LaRosa's I've loved it my whole life but the lousy and lazy employees have ruined it.
