I've been going here for almost two years now, I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in. I'm always greeted by name! I always order through the app and 90% of the time it's the same wrap. I don't know names because nobody wears name tags and they are usually too busy for chit chat, I respect the speedy rep. The staff knows I work nearby and sometimes I get caught up after I order and am late. It doesn't ruin my usual wrap when I'm late. Yesterday, Monday Dec 1, I got the notification that my toasted sandwich was ready. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and the staff informed me that they had my sandwich made, but waited until I got there to toast it!!! Outstanding consideration for my hot food on a very cold day!!! Thank you Milford JJ staff!!! Yes, I eat here almost every day of my work week! I know that's strange to a lot of people, but I know exactly what I'll spend each week on lunch and it's easy because I don't have to think about what I want. π€£π

First time at this location, went through the drive thru for lunch. I got my usual, a regular number 5 no tomato. The service was normal, no issues there. Just got home and opened my sandwich to check there was no tomato. The first thing I see is a dead bug (fly/ant looking bug) in my sandwich π. So needless to say I wonβt be eating it or returning back.
