    The other day when I visited I was having a really bad day. I had to put my cat down and I came to get a coffee to make myself feel a little better. Evan who was working the drive thru asked if everything was ok I shared with him my news and he gave me my drink free. Its people like this we need more of in the world. Going above and beyond to make someone feel better šŸ˜ŒāœØļø you made my day and I thank you!! ā¤ļø I absolutely love this place and all of the employees!!

    When this place first opened I was thrilled. Service was fast, drinks were delicious and my order was always right. Time went by and the whole process of ordering took longer and longer and longer so I was thrilled to see that they finally opened order ahead on the app. I thought I'll do that! I would order when I was leaving Blanchester where I live only to arrive to my drink STILL not ready. This happened 3 times. The app said ready in 10 mins it really took about 25 and I had to wait outside for it bc that seemed like the quickest option. Still wasn't a deal breaker tho. Then I got my ordering down the way I like it... latte with double soft top and a caramel lined cup, cold pour. They charged for all of that an up charge. If you say light ice they only full your cup 3/4 of the way full. I guess it just depends who is making your drink what day bc in spite of paying for double soft top they rarely give it. My drink has been all coffee flavor or all sugar flavor a number of times. My son gets excited to try their special drinks like the shark attack and dinosaur egg but when they hand them to us they NEVER LOOK ANYTHING like they do on the app. When I have brought that up I've heard.."oh they forgot to put that in, or well that's the color bc of the rebel being orange, or an eye roll or some rude looks. They are never polite about it, like it's such a bother to them. The last time I ordered a cold pour it had a ton of ice and I said "oh this is supposed to be cold pour no ice" and she literally says to me. "Oh they made it with ice are you okay with that or....." leaving me to finish the sentence I said, "not really this drink is traveling" and they offered to make me another one without the ice but a size small...which is like not what I ordered at all but...okay??? Save yourself the disappointment and just order on the app at Starbucks. Their drinks taste the same every visit and they actually look like the photo and its always ready when you arrive and the employees are much more professional. I dislike having this opinion bc I REALLY wanted to love Dutch Brothers. I'd say only 20 percent of the time I have been satisfied. I hate giving bad reviews but when I say this one was honestly earned it's the truth. My husband HAS to have the 911 bc it has so much espresso in it and I just dread going there. It's not worth all the espresso in the world to be so disappointed imo. He is a simple order kinda guy tho so for him I guess it works. The times Ive tried to order, bc he is its just always a bust. And I really like the double rainbow with sweet cream but it's not worth the long wait either. And they have no ordering intercom. If they don't have someone out taking orders you have to wait in line until you get up to the drive thru window to order. It takes forever. Crazy to me. That's the option OR you can stand in the freezing cold at the walk up window. Last time I did that she took my order and then said..."sorry I'm gonna close this window..its so cold!" ....you dont say..I hadnt noticed. Lol. They do a chik fila type of irder taking deal but not all the time..there's just zero consistency with this place. And you can't call them directly either. They have no phone number to the actual store. They have given us the wrong order a number of times also šŸ™„. They told myself and the lady in the second lane to follow one another lol so when I was waiving her on she was waiving me on and I said "they said to follow you!" She said "oh no they told me to follow YOU!" We laughed so when they handed me her order I was like yeah...no that's hers and we did end up leaving with out own orders thankfully...they usually read off your order before handing out the window now probably for that reason. I am a coffee lover. I have tried them all in milford. Unfortunately this one just really needs work... Don't waste your money sad to say!

    Giving my favorite place a one star to hopefully get owner attention that the poor am baristas need more help at opening!! Waited 30 mim almost 45 min this morning because my poor barista was working his tale off by himself. Btw he’s the best

    The Rebel drinks are amazing! I have been a regular customer since opening. However, that ended today. I’m exhausted with the long waits and today was enough for me to just say it isn’t worth it. We pulled up to the shortest line as the sign says. The one girl was out there and ignored our car which I think she realized her mistake but we saw the next girl take over being told how the line was moving yet she ALSO ignored our car. This drive thru situation is atrocious and bad for your business. I’ll be making my daily caffeine trips back to Starbucks!

    I agree. I love the place. Finally a different option for something like Starbucks and they got different stuff too which is cool. The service reason for not having five stars was there's only like one person working there taking orders and the lines are kind of confusing. If they're not packed full and if they are packed full it takes forever to get your order. This should have had two drive-thru Lanes at the window, kind of like seven Brew or five brew, whatever that place is called. But that being said, I have been back since and will totally go back. Kind of pricey but is what it is
