The coffee was absolutely terrific! If you are a fan of strong espresso, this is your place. I got the Jingle Nog latte and it was delicious. 😋 Also, the large is a LARGE! My only issue would be the speed of service. We were in the drive thru for atleast 15 minutes, and there was only one barista actually working on drinks and taking orders, while the other we only saw for a second, was working on closing shop. There was a line of atleast 5 cars. Our barista, Skylar, was nice, helpful and moving as fast as she possibly could! I do not know why the other barista was closing instead of helping. If I was in a hurry, I would not come here simply because of the time it took, but again, Skylar was rocking it!👏✨️ I will definitely be returning, but please address the time it takes to get a bevie!

I came in for the first time on 11/22 and was overall pleased! It appeared that there was only one barista, even though there were 5 cars in the drive-through, so wait times were what was expected (25 minutes for 2 drinks). Skylar was absolutely killing it! As a fellow barista, I can tell when people are giving it their all, and she was. Skylar was a bolt of lightning, running back and forth, making sure everything was correct! (She even took a moment to make sure my dog's pup cup was decorated!) She is probably one of the only baristas I have seen who continued to use proper measurement tools and cleaning procedures while handling that kind of rush! 10/10, make her a manager and give that girl a raise.

I waited for nearly 20 minutes for a latte with only 5 cars in front of me initially. 2 people were also allowed to cut in front of me (and the person I was behind) because the kid taking orders was not paying attention to order of arrival. Got to the window and the staff was MIA for over a full minute with Rap music blasting to an empty window. When the staff finally returned they checked the computer for another minute, then asked me what my order was…. No wonder it took so long. At least my order was correct and tasted good.

I really wanted to love Dutch Bros, but my experience just didn’t live up to the hype. I waited in line for 30 minutes on a Monday, and unfortunately the drinks were not worth the wait. The Rebel energy drink tasted flat with barely any flavor, and the protein coffee was pretty underwhelming. I ended up going home and having to doctor both drinks just to make them enjoyable. I know a lot of people love Dutch Bros, but for me, this visit was disappointing. Hopefully future experiences are better, but this one missed the mark.

The first time I went to Dutch Bros was about a month ago. I got a caramel 'frappe' type drink and chocolate chip muffin top and both was terrible. I went a second time and got an iced tea, somehow worse. Fair enough, you can't like everything. But I waited 25 minutes for it both times and they're not cheap, so I kept trying to drink them but threw over half of each away. My wife never likes trying new things. I told her they had a cherry slushy energy drink and she tried it and loved it. Of course, it was limited time only. It can be made using the diy options... but that's not the real gripe here. We learned that the only way not to spend half an hour in line after ordering online was to go to the pedestrian window and pick it up there. Once, it was already ready, but the wait was usually 15-20 minutes. My wife decided to get one Saturday, but there was a 16-person line ahead of her, with people having waited 35-40 minutes for a drink, despite ten people in there making drinks. She decided after 15 minutes to cancel... but there's no way to cancel an order once it's placed! If you call the number on Google, it goes to a corporate call center that's closed on weekends. I decided to order her a slushy machine and let her make her own, because this is... truly awful. For a place with no hot food, there should not be a 30+ minute wait on a drink. I hope they get better as the workers gain confidence/skill, but I had such high hopes from friends out west gushing about this place but it's truly awful, a giant mess.
