- BPBetsy Piersall2 days ago3.0I guess it's not or miss at this location. The first two times my drink was delicious. Went through today and they told me they didn't have 20oz hot lattes, so I chose the 16oz. The latte tastes nothing like it did the last two times I ordered it. So disappointing to pay $6 for a drink that doesn't even taste good. Not sure I'll go back.
- NDNatasha DavisJan 3, 20263.0This is a mixed review. It's been a great addition to the city. But there are some hiccups. I don't mind the lines as it just is what it is. BUT with bad weather there is no covering. Foe the folks taking your order or foe you to order. Also if you order through the app 80% of the time you can leave home drive over 25 minutes to get there and they will have you waiting outside with others. So honestly no real advantage to order ahead. The staff is very friendly!

The girl, we're working the drive-thru. It was very rude. We asked a drink with no ice and it was just a little over halfway full. Said she would have to charge us more. Been to multiple Dutch Bros and that is never the case with other establishments. Good luck.

My only problem is that they don't ask if you want a hot or iced drink. I usually forget to say it because I'm used to places asking. One time they gave me an iced latte and a hot cold brew. So it just feels inconsistent.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
