Why give rewards "free pizza" and stick the manager in a position to have to tell a customer tough luck we dont take the rewards at our location. As a retired general manager and district manager I find this incredulous. That young man had to stop and tell me that he just couldn't help me. I could hear it in his voice it wasn't the first time. We still ordered, but definitely a let down. So you get all of my personal info on the promise of a deal. Then and this is the reason I am angry, you stick a young manager in a situation where he or her cant win. Thats great store support.
