  Why is this the worst store I’ve been to I give them the benefit of the doubt and have tryed over the past 3 years and every time it’s terrible the food is not cooked right the store is dirty all the time and service is horrible and this is the closest store to us and we find ourselves driving to Hyde park 45 min away Milford has been bad to too long someone need to fix it

  Walking in the atmosphere was terrible , employees were talking instead of making sure the soda machine and counters as well as benches were clear Upon ordering asked for a child’s quesadilla with cheese was handed a tortilla with cheese thrown in not melted. Asked for a re make and was told I needed to calm down or leave . The manager was out right rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back to this establishment.

  This is my second visit in a week. Both times were after the lunch rush. On both occasions it took time to find a clean enough table to use. Today they were out of napkins and paper towels in the men’s bathroom. The bathroom needs some cleaning, including mopping up the water on the floor in front of the bathroom door! I can only hope they are at least paying attention to food preparation!

  Everytime we come in the place is packed and every table is filthy. We are very understanding of a place being short staffed and very busy. We waited patiently and took our food out to eat in our car since there were no clean tables. Our chips were hard as a rock. I came in and politely asked if they had anymore chips because these were hard as a rock holding the bag. They replied that they were all the same. I politely asked to be switched to atleast try to get an edible bag of chips. She told me I would have to wait a minute. In the amount of time I stood there I could have grabbed the bag and been long gone myself. She then told me she couldn’t take the old bag back so I sat them on the floor by her and left. Terrible attitude and customer service. That’s coming from someone who has worked in the food industry for 10 years.

  This location constantly serves small portion sizes, using the tiny sauce cups as measuring devices for each ingredient. The wait times are incredibly long, in my experiences here 20 to 30 minutes is not uncommon, most of the time due to there being no food left to serve. Ive witness staff stopping to argue with each other causing even more delays. I will not be returning to this location, Im not waiting 30 minutes to pay for a teaspoon of rice and 3 pieces of meat. I dont recommend this location to anyone.
