- LLLandyn LawsonSep 15, 20251.0I had previously made a review 4 weeks ago about the same problem, September 15th at 9:13pm I went to the drive thru order a Lux box and a burrito. I add adjustments and like always they never get it right. No tomatoes no lettuce. And they always seem to LOAD it when I request it off. My burrito was also LOADED with extra beef when I asked for easy. The girl was nice not rude, no rush. But they always mess up my order without hesitation.
- DSDylan SparksAug 28, 20251.0I placed an order online, I recently got a free taco coupon because the employee cussed in front of me at the window, so I used the coupon on a mobile order, and when I got there they said they didn't get my order after showing them confirmation for the right location, they still refused to make my order, thoroughly upset about my 6 dollars spent, however will still be coming back, because it's cheap, and sort of good sometimes

Once I went to the window she grabbed the card aggressively and her tone was agitated when she gave me my drink she pushed it into my hand so rough and gave my card back rudely. Our food was poorly made, our adjustments were not taken accurately. The burrito was insanely dry with barely any beans or meat, the chalupa had the smallest smudge of sour cream, also LOADED with tomatoes which was one of the adjustments I requested off. The recipe named Skylee F. They didn’t have a line nor were they busy inside either. Terrible service.
