I just went through the drive thru, you all need to get professional people to take orders. Then you get your food, your fries are turned upside down. I believe new management needs to be put in place at this location. This will be my last time for this location. You’re lucky I had to give you 1 star.

As I truly believe I’m being a bit generous on the amount of stars I’m giving these guys, this McDonalds has got to be one of the WORST ones I’ve ate at in a long time. As they screwed my order up originally, with giving me a chicken sandwich in my $5 Meal Deal, one of two meals I ordered, I went back up to the counter and told the manager I had requested one meal to be a McDouble when I first ordered. She asked if I wanted a regular McDouble, I said yes, then told her I also needed BBQ sauce for my nuggets, (which I AGAIN ordered originally and didn’t get not one in my bag). So, I got my sandwich and BBQ sauce and returned to my seat and upon opening my sandwich I saw that the whole sandwich looked like it was dipped in grease, and the sandwich was cold. I lost my patience at that point and tried my best to eat what I could of it, which wasn’t much. I promise, I will NOT be returning to THIS McDonald’s EVER again.

Totally botched my order for delivery and to correct you have to call, not go online, but call, DoorDash. Order had everything but the happy meal, so everybody got food but the kid. Big Mac was sent with nothing but lettuce on it. Who would ever order a big Mac lettuce only, no sauce, just lettuce? Plenty of cheaper ways to get that. McChicken had wrong ingredients. For some reason we got 8 drinks and only ordered 6. There'sa ticket taped to the bag that has everything right on it in big print exactly as ordered. Need to check the orders, not just throw crap in a bag and call it good. $11 delivery fee and a tip, MCDONALD'S should send the correct food.
**update** the delivery service refunded $17. That was the cost of each individual item that was incorrect. I don't try to get free things, but it was an $85 order and each individual item doesn't account for me having to cook something for one of our grandchildren. I can understand it's all they can do though. I'll adjust rating for the effort.
