  My wife was accosted by an employee coming out of the bathroom. The employee made a big deal about my wife not washing her hands after using the bathroom, which is my wife's choice as most soaps in public restrooms irritate her skin. She said something about it real loud in front of people and embarrassed us. She deserves to be fired for doing this. I will NEVER come back to this location. I will go to Burger King or Wendy's and spend extra versus dealing with disrespectful and rude people like that.

  I ordered a large not a medium for a reason. And they had me wait at window for 15 minutes while trying to give me the wrong food twice.

  One car in the drive-thru when we got there and maybe 4 cars parked. Ordered quick, paid quick, got our drinks immediately at the next window, then sat there almost 15 mins before we were asked why we were still there and what we needed. Informed the man we were still waiting for our food. Window closed again for about 5 mins then we were asked to pull up to the next window. Not 30 seconds later we were handed a bag of food. Half was ours half wasn't, all freezing cold. Fries were definitely old, and shriveled up, dried out, sandwiches were thrown together, barely wrapped and laying exposed in the bag. No reason for any of it. They do better when they're slammed.
