  Worst food ever! Customer service is terrible and it's not all the employees but whoever worked the on November 23,2025 and was there between 9pm- 10pm they completely suck and they sell you old food!

  Pedí doblecheeseberguer no cebolla y me dieron uno viejo por que el pan estaba duro la carne fría y el queso duro y no dan ni el recibo para que no se puedan quejar llame y ellos como si nada las papas frías y los noguet que decepción con mcdonald cada vez peor

  This it the worst mcdonald’s in middletown and honestly the worst one i’ve ever been too. Every time i come here it seems one person is working. The management is poor to say the least. At this point they should be shut down. I went through the drive through the other day and got pulled for two large waters, waited 5 minutes outside and went in and they were sitting on the counter melted. I just ordered doordash from them and they didn’t include my items, they were very unprofessional about it and rude. They told me yeah it’s sitting on the counter in front of me. I’ve worked in fast food for a few years now and how they handle and do things is horrible. Their drive thru time has to be 700 per order. If the GM sees this, DO BETTER. (and please hire people who are not incompetent.)

  I came and ordered food and like usual was missing most of the monopoly pieces. However the real issue is that on October 20th I called in because I did not receive a quarter pounder with cheese. I was told they took my name down and I could come back at a later date to get it, but when I showed up today and asked for it I was told that my name was not on the list and they would not provide the item that I had payed for and not received. I told them I could show them the order receipt and the phone call to their store, but the manager would not even speak with me. I was just repeated the same message by the cashier that they said if my name was not on the list they wouldn't replace it. I will not be returning, I've never had such a bad experience and such bad customer service. I paid for something I did not receive!

  Out of 2 visits the food was low quality/ cold both times. My order was incorrect both times. On my first visit employees spent more time arguing with one another than working. On my second visit while waiting for my incorrect order to be fixed i was ignored by every employee for over 10 minutes. I was even ignored by a lady (Samantha) that told me she was the manager and had a poor attitude towards my dissatisfaction regarding the food I ordered. Regarding the monopoly game that is currently going on in ordered food that was supposed to have monopoly game pieces but did not. Regarding this issue i was simply told there is nothing they can do about it. Most table were dirty and covered in food as well. Possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
