Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with, it’s a garunteed 30 min wait for any order. They’ll prioritize their mc delivery over the 15 people standing inside. What a joke. New management needed bad!

Spent an hr in the drive thru for cold food & attitudes. Missing multiple food items. Go to wendys across the street this place is terrible

Usually any time I go into McDonalds, I bring my McDonalds cup back in later and get a refill. I usually have no issues with this. I go in this morning, and some lady (I didn’t get her name..) was very rude to me. She looked me up and down, looked at my almost empty cup with disgust.. Asked me when I came in, and I told her earlier this morning. She asked had I been in the lobby all morning, I told her no. She said I can’t get a refill unless it’s the same visit. I told her I had never had an issue getting a refill before, she just repeated herself in nastier tone, “Same visit!” I walked out very angry. Not only did I feel completely judged, she was very rude about it and she acted like a refill on a SMALL coke was going to come out of her paycheck. I will NOT return to this McDonalds again.

The restaurant's general manager never addresses the situation; she acts oblivious even though there's a huge line. The employees provide terrible service and always forget something in the order. It's a very busy McDonald's, always crowded, but the service is awful. I don't recommend going here

I used my code which was 5 bucks for a medium 10 pc MEAL or medium Big Mac MEAL. They didn’t give me my drink and jacked up the order on my receipt so when I told the guy he forgot my coke. He asked for my receipt and it wasn’t on there so he just didn’t give me a coke which i understand and wasn’t his fault but like really dude?? Then he looked at me weird like I was trying to scam him out of a drink. They were already moving so slow cuz it was busy so I get that you miss items in the bag but you literally rung up my deal because it said on the app that they rung up my code? But the drink wasn’t on the receipt for a MEAL deal? I wasn’t about to go through that line again so I just went home. Plus it’s a medium coke like you can’t just give me a medium coke? Im not gonna scam yall out of something I didn’t pay for but whatever. I’m sick today with common cold and my whole day has been going backwards. To throw on top of it, not getting a coke that I paid for because it didn’t show up on the receipt cuz either the cashier didn’t actually ring up my code or the app was bugging. Everything is way to expensive nowadays, god forbid a girl use a meal deal to get some chicken nuggets and a coke after a bad day. Now I feel like a big back for being upset about a coke. I’m on my period rn too so it really is that deep.
