I know he's doing his job however would I be doing my job as a customer if I posted on social media or did a review for EVERY TIME THAT place has gotten my order WRONG?? Half of the time I don't just because I want to support the neighborhood businesses in which Ive been living in for over 5 years. This is me placing my 1st bad review. I burned my food I cooked for my family bc of a oven malfunction - the holiday is coming up- don't know what I'm going to do- I'm tired from working 10 hrs TODAY and I still have to pick my husband up from work. To add salt to this whole injury my pizza is dry , Im missing my sausage, and there is no garlic butter on my crust ..dry crust....I FEEL like I can't call bc I don't want them to think that I'm trying to get something for free or complain just bc he didn't give me ranch cup. It's the principal. You don't KNOW what people go through just one nice gesture could mean a very big blessing for you. I have given $100 tips for those gestures. Please retrain your managers on having discernment.
