  listen Im very forgiving with giving bad reviews, however this place is bar far the worst chipotle i have ever been to. they never have anything and when they do it’s overcooked or cold. they seriously need to get it together here. if you want chipotle just go to monroe.

  Absolutely gross. Watched a worker handle money and proceeded to go back to cutting meat without changing gloves. I said something to the cashier and was just told sorry.

  This chipotle I frequent often, today I go in with no line and here they are taking like 8 orders from one person while 2 people stood at the cash register, 2 people by the grill and only one person making this big order. I’m standing there 10-15 minutes for NO reason while they talk about a co-worker ordering coffee. No customer service whatsoever. I’ll be going to Monroe Chipotle because they would NEVER! You can talk chit chat and all that but when you’re affecting people’s time, pull it together.

  I hate to make this review because I love the convenience of this location, but after so many negative experiences I feel like It needs to be said. I would like to say that I have had some experiences here that were pleasant, but the problem is, they’re inconsistent. So for all the good experiences I’ve had, I’ve had some really bad ones. Within the last couple weeks, I have eaten here twice. The first time in these last couple weeks, the chicken was hard and burnt. As in multiple pieces in my bowl were hard and burnt. I’ve also had several experiences where they are out of something and it feels like they are always out of something that I want to order or have ordered online for my bowl. Today I placed an order online for pick up because I had gone into the store and they were completely out of chicken, it had just been put on the grill and they were out of Al pastor chicken, which is what I wanted originally. The lady inside told me there was some chicken over on the Chipotlane side, So I might do better just doing an online order. Mind you it was 9PM at night so I know that sometimes they run low on things when it’s later in the evening. However, once I picked up my order in the Chipotlane, And I got home I realized that not only was the chicken on my order on the very top of the lettuce instead of being on top of the rice, so it was cold, but they also did not give me fajita veggies that I ordered and didn’t mention anything of it upon pick up. Then the worst part of the situation is that after I had already started eating and had taken several bites I looked down at my bowl and saw a light bright BLUE speck of something in my bowl. This was not like a natural color at all that would be in a chipotle bowl. It literally looked like a tiny chunk of someone’s mint or gum or something of that nature 🤢 Unfortunately, this is after I had been eating for a few minutes. This was a gross experience, And it definitely has made me rethink ordering here again.

  Seems very dysfunctional here, barely any of the employees talk to each other and it doesn’t seem like nobody’s willing to assist each other either
