  Door Dasher stole my order and they were very helpful with what I had to do. After calling door dash and getting refund sent to store, they refunded me and I reordered the same order. They were very helpful.

  I waited to post this because I didnt want the initial feelings of the event to impact the review. Perspective: when we have dinner as a group for a birthday, we intend to drop a decent amount of money on our food and wait staff. We are a group of 12 so not super large but definitely not small. This encounter was such a disappointment. When we go out as a group we dont have incredibly high standards, keep the drinks filled, check in on us for needs and serve us good food in a timely manner. When celebrating a birthday we want to focus on the person we are there for not babysit the wait staff or coordinate our care. The place wasnt busy when we arrived and we waited over 20 min for the initial drink order to be taken, some of us never got drinks at all although we asked multiple times. Water was never refilled or offered after initial glasses were brought to the table. The food ordering was messy and the food delivery was atrocious without any explanation of why dishes were brought out 45 min from each other some were cold and clearly had been sitting. Order items were missed and completely ignored after requested no apology was offered for timelines, missed items or general lack of interest in our table. After this you would be hard pressed to get me to return for a large group ever again and I would highly doubt decent service for just a couples dinner there. Several of us have been in service industry and know the demands so we are always conscious of that but wow this service and kitchen just completely missed the mark.

  Spent 13 minutes waiting on a DoorDash and was not helped a single time. One employee said he would check but never came back and the other said she’d check but never did, was never given an eta for the food and had to just give up and leave
