    There was a large hair all in the mayonnaise of our chicken sandwich.. We give the sandwich back hoping they’ll remake it. 5 minutes later, they bring us the same exact sandwich with the hair still in it!! We bring it back up to the counter asking for a refund after giving them a chance to just remake the sandwich. The assistant manager lazily refunds it and never apologizes. Making us feel like we’re in the wrong.

    Waited 20 minutes because I was told they were waiting on "fresh food"! Bunch of crap. Order was incorrect and food was cold.

    The only thing I have to complain about is how little cheese they put on their beef and cheddar now, especially the double.

    The staff was short handed but still delivered food fresh and ready in good time, greeted us on walk in dining area was very clean
