It was so disgusting I didn't even want to eat the pizza or wings I ordered at the same time. This is not the first time I have had nasty food from here but it will be the last!

- NCNacole CookDec 13, 20251.0I would leave 0 stars if I could! I did a mobile order at 11:30 this morning scheduled for 4:30 this evening. I got a notification that it had been delivered at 4:28. Nothing there. Waited until 4:50 go to the store to be told it’s on the way 5:30 still nothing delivery. Go back to the store to say I still had not received it. Asked them to just waive the delivery fee and tip I had already paid for and make a new order. Only to be told “well we could but we’re really busy.” I live around less than a mile from the store, there is no way it takes over an hour to deliver. HORRIBLE customer service. Oh and don’t bother calling because you end up on the phone with a call center!!! I will never order from them again. I have worked in customer service, some things you can’t control, but you do your best to solve the issue not just blow it off!

Everything is coated in a thick layer of grease/grime, and they really do hire anyone. It’s sad to see how truly unsanitary and unsavory it’s become, but that’s just how it is. There’s a reason all my friends and family get violently sick when we eat there.
