  Wanted to give pizza hut a try after a few years. So I decided to get carry-out, first forgot to give me my 2 liter luckily I caught it when I got in the car, then got home realize they didn't even give me my cheesy bread that comes with the pasta dinner. I had to call the store again guy was rude on the phone ( huffing and puffing) like it was my fault they didnt give me my full order. Location wasnt busy, staff was more worried about closing and leaving at 11. (I ordered at 9:50) Told the guy I didnt want store credit and that I wanted the food deliveried which he agreed too since I had the marinara but no sticks. (I live less then 10 minutes away and told guy on the phone to tell the driver to call me so he didnt even have to come into apartment complex) (Update) Still no cheesybread sticks that were ordered with my pasta dinner. Its been 45 minutes and the sad thing was I was going to tip the driver since I know it was the cook/mangers fault. Will ve calling the corporate number tomorrow for a refund. (Update 2) After calling the store 7 times pushing 1 for stats/inquiries on placed orders. shift manager answered. told her that I didnt not want store credit and I wanted a refund at that point. was told that the GM will contact me in the morning. Very dissatisfied and we'll be telling everyone I know about this. Hope your experience is better will personally not be returning ever again specially since Im returning from a pervious problems at this location last year.

  Shockingly terrible service. Stay away or risk getting ripped off! I just had to delete my previous, positive, review in order to create this one. We've eaten here and gotten carry out countless times with minimal to no issues in the past. Waiter was a dude covered in tattoos, neck, hands, everything. Not really an issue for me as I have a few tats but not really a good look for a waiter. Unfortunately, he was also dirty and unkempt as well. Next, we discovered that the waiter can't talk. Mumbled through everything and added a mystery dialect to help complicate the situation. We powered through that issue and managed to place our order.......4 personal pan pizzas, 2 of those to be of the stuffed crust variety. We then discovered that our waiter's impairment was not only speaking but also listening. Well, the pizzas came out. 2 personal pan and 2 huge stuffed crusts. I informed him that we did not order huge pizzas, only personal pan. He looked completely baffled and then told me that stuffed crusts only come in large. We told him that, per the menu, personal pans could also be stuffed crust. He then got a menu to shove in our faces. We then pointed to the stuffed crust option on the menu for the personal pan pizzas. He continued the argument relentlessly and aggressively with my wife until I had a decision to make as a man.....fight him or agree to pay for these huge pizzas and his mistake. Having my 3 children with me I decided to pay for the pizzas and asked him to leave our table. We received no attention from any other member of the wait staff or manager from here on out. We finished our meal then I went to the counter to pay. Yes, they charged us for everything so I packed up the 14 remaining pieces of pizzas to take home. We will never be back here again and I caution you to reconsider coming here yourself.
